THE PRAYER OF THE AFFLICTED WHEN ONE IS OVERWHELMED

It is written in Psalm 102...were we pour out our complaint before the LORD of Heaven and Earth, our Saviour and Redeemer of His children that have over come the sins of the world.

The first verse," Hear my prayer, O LORD."   David, is not praying for pray sake, no!  David wants deeply for G-D to hear, for this prayer to reach the ear and heart of the great G-D of All That Is.    When sorrow rises to such a height that words too weak  a medium of expression, and prayer is intensified into a cry, then the heart the is more urgent to have audience with the LORD.   If our crys do not enter in the hidden part (Psalm 51:6,) the house of G-D(gen. 28:20) the Rock, the Capstone, the Mountain on High, our Dwelling Place.   The LORD Almighty, who dwells on Mount Zion, for it is written:  Here am I, and the children the LORD has given me.   We are signs and symbols in Israel form the LORD Almighty, who dwells on Mount Zion. (Isaiah 8:18)   Our Shelter form the storm, for it is written:   You have been a  refuge for the poor, a refuge for the needy in his distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat. (Isaiah 25:4).

Make Note of these words:    Sun and Shield, it is written:   For the LORD G-D is a sun and shield;  the LORD bestows favor and honor;   no good thing does He withhold form those whose walk is blameless.  *   It is written: Genesis 27:27 And He came near, and kissed him : and He smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, SEE, THE SMELL OF MY SON is as the smell of a field which the LORD hath blessed.   G-D will draw near us if we are working to put sin out of our lives, but  we can do nothing good unless G-D is working through us, for only G-D is good.   And all good gifts come from the hand of G-D.   It is written in Isaiah 1:12-13 the smell G-D does not want.  We need G-D in this work, we need that covering the raiment and the blessing.   It is written in Genesis 28:20.   We need to cry out to G-D, Father, Redeemer and Saviour, fulfill Your purpose for me, I am here.

Psalm 102    Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee.   Hide not Thy face form me in the day when I am in trouble;  incline Thine ear unto me; in the day when I call answer me speedily.

If our cry's do not enter in the ears of G-D, in the dwelling place G-D has prepared for us, through out all generations, then it is like crying into the winds.   Hide not Thy face form me  we are saying turn G-D again to me, if my sin has turned You away please LORD give me your ear, because this is urgent and my soul is unable to wait, I am weak...and falling fast, come to me.

We must remember G-D is a G-D of His word, mankind are not.  G-D will come to the aid of a son who has labored in the field, be assured that G-D will give you what you need, granting us grace to help.
verse 3 For my days are consumed like smoke and my bones are burned as an hearth.
His grief has made his life unsubstantial.   Smoke, a vapour which has nothing in it, David is empty.  And smoke soon leaves.   When the days have neither light of joy nor fire of energy in them...he is in a frail state indeed.   How often in today's world has  this condition come upon us?   Many in today's world face this day to day  "with out"   our G-D'S help.   Due to the lie and deceit, religions have seeded down in our minds and hearts , it is not so bad!   Well in truth and wisdom IT IS!   ONE SIN BROUGHT MANKIND DEATH AND TO BE TURNED OUT.  Keep believing in the lie and deceit and have but one breath, embrace sin and not G-D. and when trouble comes and it will, don't be so surprise when G-D does not hear you.

verse 4   My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread.
The bread here is the bread form the table of G-D.   The bread that Jacob asked G-D for when he came and asked G-D'S help and made the vow.  Genesis 28:20.   We are to live in the flesh and in the spirit for the sons of G-D of heaven and earth are made in the mirror image of our G-D.   To grow in the spirit we are given food from the table of heaven, the bread of life, so that we may return on our journey here and come home, to the house of G-D, our foundation stone.   We are the stones that G-D is making ready at the quarry below, for His Temple above and below. (1Kings6:7)
